The approach

Most approaches to this kind of work start with your thoughts. This one starts with your nervous system — because that's where the patterns actually live.

Coaching and hypnosis work together here. The coaching part helps you see what's been happening — the cycles, the triggers, the ways your system learned to protect itself. The hypnosis part goes deeper, working with the part of your mind that doesn't respond to logic or willpower.

It's precise, practical work. There's no vague suggestions, and no pretending this is easy. What there is: a clear structure, an honest conversation, and a genuine focus on what's actually keeping you stuck.
